The right material starts with the job the product needs to do. Compare appearance, durability, care, recycled content, coatings and realistic end-of-life considerations before moving from concept into design.

A strong natural bast fibre with a distinctive woven texture. Dyes, coatings, insulation and linings can change the final product’s composition, care and end-of-life options.

Waxed canvas
Cotton canvas treated for water resistance and character. It suits durable, repeat-use bags, while the wax finish affects cleaning, repair and end-of-life considerations.

Washable cellulose paper
A flexible cellulose-based sheet with a paper-like finish and added durability. It is not the same material as Tyvek; exact fibre content, additives and claims must be checked by grade.

Polyester made with recycled PET feedstock. It can reduce demand for virgin plastic, but remains a synthetic material that may shed fibres and needs product-specific recycled-content verification.

Flexible, heat-resistant and durable for repeated-use food accessories. Silicone is not biodegradable and kerbside recycling is uncommon, so longevity and verified food-contact suitability matter.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Customised production generally starts from 100 units. Branded and Personalised minimums vary by product and branding method, so we confirm the minimum before quoting.
How long does branded merchandise take?
Timing depends on the product and ordering route. Branded and Personalised projects commonly take about 2–4 weeks, while Customised projects generally take about 6–12 weeks after artwork, specifications and payment are approved. Your quote will confirm the project schedule.
