Data and approvals
Variable information must be supplied in an agreed spreadsheet format and checked before production. Names, spelling, capitalisation and quantities are approved by the client. We will explain the required file structure and any setup charges during quoting.
Minimum quantities and lead times
Minimum quantities depend on the base product and personalisation method. Personalised stock commonly requires around 2 to 4 weeks after final artwork and recipient data are approved. Complex kitting or multi-address delivery may need additional time.
