Getting started

How do I get started?

Send us a project brief or request a quote. Tell us what you need, who it is for, your target quantity, budget and required delivery date. We will recommend the most suitable route and product options.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Most branded stock products start at 50 units. Fully custom products and some existing-stock options may have different minimums depending on the material, construction and branding method.

Can you help me choose products?

Yes. We curate options around your audience, purpose, budget, timeline and sustainability priorities, then help you compare the trade-offs.

Rebrandable is based in Perth, Western Australia and supports delivery across Australia and internationally.

Branding, design and artwork

Do I need to provide artwork?

If you have finished artwork, send it with your brief. If not, our team can help with artwork setup, layouts and product mockups.

What artwork files do you accept?

Vector EPS, AI or PDF files are preferred. High-resolution PNG files may work for some decoration methods. We will confirm what is suitable before production.

Can you create a mockup before production?

Yes. We provide digital mockups for approval. Samples or pre-production proofs can also be arranged where the product and timeline allow.

What branding methods are available?

Options may include screen printing, transfer printing, embroidery, engraving, debossing, woven labels and custom packaging. The best method depends on the product, artwork, quantity and intended use.

Production and sustainability

How long does production take?

Branded stock projects typically take around 3–5 weeks after artwork approval. Fully custom projects can take longer. We will confirm the practical schedule in your quote and flag any faster options available.

Which materials do you offer?

Our range includes reusable, recycled and natural-material options. Product pages and quotes identify relevant materials so your team can make an informed choice.

How do you assess sustainability?

We consider expected product life, usefulness, material choice, packaging, supplier information and end-of-life options. We avoid vague claims and provide the product-specific details available to us.

Pricing and delivery

How does corporate pricing work?

Pricing depends on product, quantity, branding method, artwork, packaging and delivery. Request a quote for an itemised recommendation aligned to your brief.

Can one order include several colours or products?

Often, yes. Minimums and branding setup may apply per product or colour. We will show these clearly in your quote.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes. Bulk delivery, multi-location delivery and individual drop shipping can be quoted. Share the destination count and timing in your brief.

Do you deliver internationally?

International delivery is available for suitable projects. Duties, taxes and customs requirements vary by destination and will be considered during quoting.
